When will my order be shipped?

Stock on hand levels vary. If a style is not in stock it will be made to order. Please allow up to 3 - 4 weeks for the creation of your order.

If you are in a rush please email hello@tildajewels.com before placing your order.

In Stock items will be posted within three business days.

How much is shipping?

For all orders within Australia, a flat shipping rate of $10 will apply and $15 for express post. All domestic orders are sent via Australia Post.

For all international order postage will be calculated at checkout. All international orders are sent via Australia Registered Post International, which takes 6–15 business days from dispatch to delivery.

If you need your piece sooner, please get in touch prior to placing your order to find out about custom shipping arrangements.

Please note that your order is not inclusive of any taxes, duties or charges that may be applied when your package arrives in your country. Please refer to your country’s government website for all import changes as you will be solely responsible for them.

How will my order be packed?

Each order is packed carefully in their own custom jewellery box or silk pouch. Your order will arrive with a care guide on how to ensure the longevity of your piece.

Tilda uses eco packaging and Recycled card, your order will be shipping in a compostable mail satchel. Please follow the instructions on the packet to dispose of the satchel correctly.
