Shipping Domestic

All Tilda jewels are hand made to order in Melbourne, please allow up to 3 weeks for your piece to arrive. If you are in a rush or would like to track your pieces progress please email hello@tildajewels.com

For all orders made within Australia a flat shipping rate of $10.00 will apply.  All domestic orders will be shipped via Australia Express Post so that your jewels can get to you as quickly as possible.

All Tilda jewels are posted in a bubble, compostable mailer. Please follow the instructions on the bag to ensure your packaging is composted correctly.

Shipping International

All international orders will be delivered  via Australia Registered Post International, which takes 6-10 business days from dispatch to delivery. A flat shipping rate of AUD$25.00 applies to all international orders.

Please note that your order is not inclusive of any taxes, duties or charges that may be applied when your package reaches your country.  Please make yourself aware of any charges that may apply before purchasing your jewels.

Please make sure you provide the correct shipping address at the checkout, once the order has been lodged with Australia Post, we cannot make any adjustments. Tilda Jewels is not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged in the post.

Returns

Pieces purchased online are non-refundable. All items are hand made to order and therefore exchanges or returns are not offered for change of mind.

If the piece is faulty, please email hello@tildajewels.com with the order number, an image of the actual piece and a description. If the piece has a manufacturing fault, a replacement will be made. A replacement cannot be made for items damaged with natural wear and tear or if they have been lost.  Replacements can only be made within 30 days of purchase. 

If the piece has been damaged by accident through wear and tear we can assess the piece to create the best outcome.
